To qualify in the Netherlands, you generally need:	Investigate
A valid employment contract (typically for at least 12 months).
A higher education qualification (at least a 3-year degree) or sufficient relevant professional experience in eligible cases.	Or sufficient relevant professional experience in eligible cases. Running a horticulture Business or Gardening
A salary that meets the Dutch Blue Card threshold. For 2026, the standard gross monthly salary threshold is €5,942 (excluding holiday allowance), with a reduced threshold in certain circumstances.	I need to go out there
Some advantages of the Dutch EU Blue Card include:
The right to live and work in the Netherlands.
Family members can usually join you.
Easier long-term mobility to another participating EU country after meeting certain residence requirements.
It can contribute toward long-term EU resident status under specific conditions.
